I think you have to call her more than once to get the book Wait a day or a few hours, then I believe you have to then have to call George back and make sure she has it. Click on the envelope, Nancy will either automatically put the sudoku in the envelope or you will have to select the puzzle in your inventory and then select the envelope for it to work. Once you've finished the puzzle go to your room and look at the red folder beside the box with all the kids homework in it (the one with the green lid and flower stickers on it). Here's the spoiler on how to totally finish the puzzle: If Nancy says something like: "Done!" "There!" or something like that, and if you can't erase or move any numbers, it means you've correctly finished the puzzle.
